Family Fun Day at the Ballpark with the San Jose Giants
Event: The City of San Jose Department of Parks, Recreation and
Neighborhood Services (PRNS) is hosting a Family Fun Day at the Ballpark
with the San Jose Giants. Tickets are only $3.00 a person, (Regularly
$8). Pre-game featured attractions include a Radar Pitching Challenge, a
Steal Home Bungee Run, a Video Game Trailer, Batting Cages, a Super
Slide and more.
When: Tuesday, July 12, 2005
Family Fun Day featured attractions -- 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Game time -- 12:45 p.m.
Where: San Jose Municipal Stadium
Corner of Senter Road/Alma Avenue
Who: General public is encouraged to attend.
Background: July is National Parks and Recreation Month so get active
while having fun with your family at one of our 150 parks and 35 community
centers. Begin today by buying tickets for this specially discounted
ballgame. Tickets are available at the Camden Community Center located at
3369 Union Avenue or at your nearest City of San JosÚ Community Center.
Discounted tickets are not available on game day; however, regular priced
tickets may be purchased.
All
proceeds from the event will support the City of San JosÚ Youth
Recreation Scholarship Program. For ticket and general information
